The process for election of Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry formally began here on Saturday.
A large number of intending candidates submitted nomination papers in the office of Secretary General for 23 vacant seats of executive committee (EC) of the chamber.
The polling on 23 vacant seats of the executive committee of the SCCI will be held in the chamber on September 25, 2024, according to a schedule announced by the Election Commission.
As per schedule, following the scrutiny of nomination papers, a preliminary list of intending candidates for executive committee will be displayed on September 2 while polling on vacant seats of the executive committee will be held on September 25 in the chamber.
