Secretary Local Government (LG), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dilawar Khan has said that under the CM’ KP agenda, officers are in fact servants of the people and we are making tangible efforts to provide needed facilities to the people at their doorstep.
The TMA officials should make the official affairs easy for the general public, he said and urged the public to acquire the birth certificate of their children well in time to avoid complications in delayed submission of application. This, he said, would save their time and the children will get their official identity within time.
He was on a visit to TMA Office Chamkani the other day where he met with BCA and demolishing staff and inspected their uniform, recently provided to them.
On the occasion TMO Chamkani, Aurangzeb Khan briefed the Secretary LG on revenue generation of the TMA Chamkani and other branches. The Secretary LG also visited the AD office where he was provided information on the working strategy and facilities being provided to the people including birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate and other public documents.
The Secretary LG showed satisfaction over the working of the office and urged for further improving the service to provide maximum relief to the people.
