Arrest of PTI MNA from parliament house
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to secretary National Assembly (NA) and others and sought reply within 10 days in connection with case pertaining to arrest of PTI MNA Zain Qureshi from Parliament House. Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq heard the case against detention of Zain Qureshi Thursday. The CJ IHC inquired this incident happened when. Counsel Taimore Malik said the members of parliament were arrested on September 9. The court remarked we obtain report from NA. The court while issuing notice to interior ministry, chief commissioner Islamabad, IG Islamabad and secretary NA sought reply from them within 10 days. The hearing of the case was adjourned.
