MARDAN: Secretary of the Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment Department, Nazar Hussain Shah, conducted a surprise visit to the Drug Rehabilitation Center in Mardan to review facilities and service standards. During the visit, the Secretary inspected various wards, assessed hygiene conditions, and evaluated the overall environment of the center. He expressed appreciation for the dedication and compassionate care being provided by the staff to individuals undergoing treatment and rehabilitation. Nazar Hussain Shah also offered several suggestions and issued directives aimed at further improving the center’s operations.
