MARDAN: A non-governmental organization “Hamdard Mehraban” has started a self-sufficiency program to help the poor and deserving people and should bring them to stand on their feet under the program. An official of the NGO Hamdard Mehraban Organization told media men that they have organized several important economic projects under the aegis of the Hamdard Mehraban Organization. These projects started with a basic investment of a few thousand rupees are ongoing in Mardan district, he informed. The self-sufficiency program is proving to be the best project of its kind in which the deserving people are being attracted towards small businesses under their own help, the official explained.
