Special Assistant to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister, Shafee Jan, has criticized Punjab Minister for Information, Azma Bukhari, for her remarks, saying the Punjab government’s treatment of KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi reflects its true nature.
In a statement, Jan said PTI is a peaceful and democratic party committed to upholding the constitution. He accused the Punjab government of suppressing opposition and questioned Bukhari’s silence on N-League’s alleged attacks on institutions.
Jan stated that PTI will continue its struggle for democracy and constitutional rights in Punjab, adding that the party’s leadership and workers will remain peaceful despite facing fabricated cases.
