Popular YouTuber and digital creator Haya Talha, daughter of veteran actress Shagufta Ejaz, is facing intense criticism on social media after a clip from one of her vlogs went viral.
In the circulating video, Haya can be seen putting her infant son Kyan’s pacifier in her mouth — a move that has drawn strong reactions from viewers who called it unhygienic and careless.
Many social media users commented that adults’ mouths contain bacteria and viruses that could harm a baby’s weak immune system. One user wrote, “An adult’s mouth contains many bacteria and viruses. A baby’s immune system isn’t strong enough to handle them.” Another remarked, “It’s shocking to see this. We don’t even touch the nipple side of pacifiers!”
Several others expressed disappointment, calling the act irresponsible. Some even labeled Haya a “careless mother,” urging her to be more cautious about hygiene while sharing family moments online.
Haya Talha, who lives in the UK with her husband Dr. Talha and their son, is known for her daily lifestyle and cooking vlogs, which enjoy a large following of over 131,000 subscribers on YouTube. Neither Haya nor her mother, Shagufta Ejaz, has publicly responded to the criticism so far.
