PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz have filed bail plea in the court in money laundering case .
Leader of the opposition Shahbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz filed bail plea in Special Central Court Lahore.
They took the plea in their bail plea FIA have registered baseless case of money laundering through sugar business against them. It is feared FIA will arrest them.
They requested the court should grant them interim bail besides halting FIA from arresting them.
Special Central Court ordered both of them to withdraw bail plea from Banking crime court before granting them interim bail.
The learned judge remarked bail petitions of both of them are pending hearing in Banking crime court. The law does not permit that bail pleas in one case are heard in two different courts simultaneously. Bring the order of banking crime court then the court will grant them bail.
The court adjourned the proceedings on the interim bail pleas of both Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz.
