Former Prime Minister (PM) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has decided to quit PML-N.
Private TV channel has claimed Shahid Khaqan Abbasi will make formal announcement to quit PML-N within a few days in a press conference.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has decided to part ways with PML-N after consultation with the people of his respective constituency. Consultation is being made with the people of constituency in connection with time for holding press conference.
The close sources of Abbasi said Shahid Khaqan Abbasi wanted to make his position clear before election. If PML-N awards ticket to some worker then he will support , however he will not support any one else.
Sources of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said he would not join any other party. However he can form new party after election.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said he was not contesting election for not becoming part of possible flaw of election. If impression is this some one is favorite then ambiguity is created in election.
Talking to private TV channel he said he was not contesting election not to become part of possible flaw of election. The matter can go ahead if the election is held fair and finger is not raised against them. It will become difficult to run the government if the course ahead is not determined.
He urged all should sit and decide together what change is needed to be brought in the country. If already there is impression that some one is favorite then ambiguity comes in election.
He held if we talk of favorite then it means election will not be held fairly and transparently.
He underscored political parties allege each other that such and such party has become favorite. Perhaps all desire to be favorite. But this causes harm to the country.
