KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has allowed the student of 9th class to appear in the examination conditionally in the case of demanding fee for the month of June and July before time by a private school. The court has sought reply from Advocate General Sindh and other respondents on next hearing. During the hearing of the case the counsel for the petitioner said school administration issued challans of fee for the month of June and July before time. According to circular of education department the fee for the months of June and July should be received in the months of April and May. The counsel for the petitioner argued the petitioner has paid all payable fee. No action was taken despite complaint against the demand for fee before time to respective authorities . The court ordered the students be allowed to sit in the examination without hindrance and the result of the student be not issued till next hearing. ONLINE
