Sheikh Rashis chief of Awami Muslim League has once again filed petition in the court for his departure to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah.
The petition has been filed through Sardar Shehbaz advocate in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi. .
The petition said Sheikh Rashid appears in the court regularly in his cases. The petitioner never misused his bail. He has to perform umrah now. The petitioner will ensure his return to Pakistan within prescribed time. Therefore court should allow him to perform umrah on humanitarian and religious grounds.
