KARACHI: Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) had been protesting against the Sindh Local Government Act 2021 since January 29 at Karachi’s Fawara Chowk. They eventually decided to end its five-day long sit-in Friday night after the Sindh government agreed to consider their demands. The development comes after Sindh Local Bodies Minister met PSP leaders. He said “eventually M Kamal has won”. The Sindh government has reached an agreement with the PSP, he added. “I hope our friends [Sindh government] will act upon the agreement and the Sindh Assembly will play its role,” he said. DNA
