TANK: The Sports Department organized football tournaments at tehsil and district level. As many as 18 teams participated in the district level tournament. The final match of the tournament was played between Nigar Club kirri Lati and Zahid Eleven Club kirri Wam. Zahid Club won the final match. Lieutenant Colonel Haider Ali was the chief guest of the event, who distributed prizes among the players. Similarly, 18 teams participated in Intra-tehsil tournament which was won by Summer Seat Football Club, who defeated Green Sabir Tank Club in final match. The final was decided in penalty shoots. On this event, Additional Assistant Commissioner Jameshad Alam was the chief guest, who distributed prizes among thewell performing players and winning teams. The people of Tank appreciated the Sports Department for organizing such activities in the area.
