Spring break has been announced in nursing colleges and paramedical institutions in Peshawar on the eve of Eid ul Fitr.
As per press release spring break has been announced from March 19, 2026 to March 29. 2026. This order will apply to all nursing colleges, public health schools and paramedical institutions.
Examinations and clinical duties will continue as per schedule.
Teaching and non teaching staff will discharge their official duties as per routine.
It is pertinent to mention here government has already issued notification on 4-day working week policy. According to it the government offices will remain open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in a week. There will be holiday on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in government offices.
On the other hand Met office has forecast about Eid ul Fitr moon sighting.
According to it Eid ul Fitr is likely to occur on March 21, 2026 (Saturday).
