The third and final match of the T20 series between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan cricket teams will be played at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla today (Wednesday).
The host Sri Lankan team has a decisive lead of 0-2 in the three-match series against Afghanistan. The Islanders defeated the Afghanistan team by 4 runs in the first T20 match and by 72 runs in the second match.
The only Test match played between the two teams earlier was won by the Islanders by 10 wickets, followed by a series of three one-day internationals in which the host Islanders whitewashed Afghanistan 0-3.
The third and final T20 match of the three T20 international match series will be played on February 21. Three T20 matches will be played at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla.
