MARDAN: The employees of Mardan education board continue their strike and protest demonstration on the second day against the provincial government decision of abolishing all education boards of the province and merging it in Peshawar board. The board employees staged a protest rally inside the Mardan board. Central general secretary of All Clerks Association (Apca), Aurangzeb Kashmiri, president Board employees union Iftikhar Ali Yousafzai addressed the protest rally. Addressing the protest rally speakers strongly criticized the government for abolishing all the educational boards and merging them into the Peshawar board. Speakers said that this decision will create problems for both students and employees. Speakers argued that the government spent a huge amount on launching educational boards in different areas of the province while there are also thousands of employees working there. The protesters warn that the provincial government did not withdraw the decision of abolishing the education board then they will be compelled to stage sit-in outside provincial assembly and later on they will stage sit-in outside PTI chairman Imran Khan house Banigala at Islamabad and provincial government will be responsible for it. Later on the protesters dispersed peacefully. Our Correspondent
