PTI Secretary General Suleman Akram Raja has met party vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Pakistan Kidney and Lever Institute (PKLI) Lahore.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi is under treatment in PKLI.
Suleman Akram Raja inquired about the health of Shah Mehmood Qreshi and prayed for his early recovery.
Suleman Akram Raja exchanged views with Shah Mehmood Qureshi on the prevailing political situation in the country.
According to media reports PTI leaders Shaukat Basra and Zahir Babar were also present during the meeting between Suleman Akram Raja and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in PKLI.
Fawad Chaudhry and other estranged leaders of PTI have met Shah Mehmood Qureshi in recent days. Sources said Suleman Akram Raja also talked to Shah Mehmood Qureshi with reference to meeting of estranged leaders of PTI. It is pertinent to mention here former leaders of PTI have decided to contact political parties and others for release of Imran Khan. Sources said that former leadership of PTI are likely to have meeting with PML-N leadership and PTI founder.
As per sources PTI former leadership will try to defuse temperature.
