KABUL: Taliban government has signed an agreement to import oil, gas and wheat from Russian government. According to international news agency, Russian will provide one million tons of petrol and one million tons of Diesel to Afghanistan. Afghan minister for trade said that the agreement after a undefined time will convert into long-term agreement.
