ISLAMABAD
Back door talks are underway between PML-N and PPP on dispute over construction of canals and convening meeting of Council of Common Interests (CCI).
According to sources Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif is determined to make all decisions through consultation and reconciliation with all the four provinces.
As per sources PM is trying to allay the reservations of PPP on canal dispute. PM has talked to PPP leadership and chief minister Sindh on this matter.
Sources said PM despite majority of federal government in CCI, does not want clash with PPP. PM wants to address problem with reconciliation and consensus.
