Minister Tarakai further instructed the EMA to select trainers from top private educational institutions to conduct the training.
He also urged that selected master trainers from the Department of Primary and Secondary Education (DPD) should be involved in the process. The training will be designed to ensure that school leaders are equipped to foster an environment of continuous improvement in education quality.
Additionally, the Minister directed that proposals for IT equipment, mobile phones, and allowances for the new Education Quality Management Administrators be submitted promptly. He emphasized that all preparations must be completed before the start of the new academic session to ensure that quality monitoring can begin in tandem with the upcoming teaching and learning cycle.
