Leadership skills, said that the life, courage and leadership skills of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are a beacon for us and we are also following in his footsteps. A leader must have the courage to act in the true interest of his organizations, leave his ego at the door and act consistently.
Above all we should respect every person irrespective of the field they belong to. Understanding each other’s feelings is very important. Encouragement and support in difficult tasks and courage in times of stress is the responsibility of a leader. If there is any wrongdoing from somewhere, the challenge should be accepted by oneself.
