MARDAN: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUIF) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said on Saturday that the meetings are a necessity in politics. Previous meetings are being used as a form of constitutional delay. Today is a dark day and the government is established on the basis of rigging. He expressed these views while talking to the media. Maulana said that they fought a battle alone regarding the 26th Amendment. He added that delaying tactics are being used in the provinces regarding the Madras Act. He added that they want to resolve the issues through dialogue, not bitterness. He added that a government was formed in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa through rigging. He added that they have joined the opposition in the assemblies.
He added that no one has the right to violate the rights of the people. He added that the rights of the poor people have been robbed and they are fighting their war, the government’s claims of economic stability are baseless. Next year, inflation will increase further and GDP will decrease.
He added that through the 26th Amendment, they have protected the rights of the Constitution, Parliament and citizens.
