Three-day computing technology conference concludes

The three-day international conference on computing technologies, tools and applications conference concluded here on Friday at the Agriculture University Peshawar.
The conference was organized by the Institute of Computer Sciences and Information Technology.
The first three-day conference began on May 9 and concluded today (Friday).
Speaking as the chief guest at the closing session, Vice-Chancellor (VC) of the university Professor Dr Jahan Bakht said that the overall aim of the conference was to provide a platform to computer researchers, scholars and experts to come together and share their knowledge.
He said that the event provided opportunities to different networks to collaborate and learn about the latest research and trends in their respective fields.
VC Agriculture University Peshawar lauded the team members for organizing an international research conference.
Dean Professor Dr Daud Jan, Focal Person Dr. Asfandiar Khan and Secretary Dr Javed Iqbal Bangash and other representatives of the university were also present.
Mr Bakht shared with the participants that this conference was the first international conference on computing technologies, tools and applications in public sector universities and Institute of Computer Sciences and Information Technology, University of Agriculture Peshawar will organize such conferences every year.
Prof Dr Jahan Bakht while congratulating the organizing committee said that the current era of computers and Information technology is an excellent platform for positive information such as new experiences, inventions, research and countless other curricular and co-curricular activities.
The university employees should convey the curricular and co-curricular studies of the university to the public through print, electronic and social media, he added.
