Rs13.4 crore fraud case
ISLAMABAD: 3 foreign nationals and one woman allegedly involved in over Rs 13.4 crore fraud have been handed over to police on physical remand. The matter of major Online investment fraud and grabbing million of rupees through Gold Box and GLBX app came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad. NCCIA presented three foreigners and one woman accused in the court. The court led by judge Naima Iffat ordered to hand over the accused to NCCIA on 3 days physical remand. The investigating officer took the plea this is the biggest fraud case wherein fraud has been committed in billion of rupees. Recovery of amount and devices from the accused persons is required. NCCIA had requested for 30-day physical remand but the court approved three days physical remand . The court directed the accused be presented before it again on completion of remand. Online
