Tirah victims appreciates police cooperation at check posts

A 24-member delegation representing victims of the Tirah Valley, led by Maulana Izzatullah, Maulana Hazrat Khan, and Kamaluddin, met with DPO Khyber Waqar Ahmed to discuss ongoing efforts for their welfare.
The delegation expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by the police at check posts, entry and exit points, and registration points.
During the meeting, the delegation acknowledged the vital role played by police personnel, noting their efforts to facilitate victims and streamline the registration and movement process.
The representatives praised the police for their professionalism and efficiency, which has made the process easier and more organized for the affected individuals.
The delegation further emphasized their hope that this level of cooperation and support would continue in the future, helping victims in their ongoing recovery and resettlement efforts.
DPO Waqar Ahmed thanked the delegation for their visit and reassured them that the police’s primary objective is to ensure convenience, security, and confidence for the public. He assured that the problems of the victims would be addressed on a priority basis, with steps being taken to improve conditions at all relevant points for their ease and safety.
