A two-day training workshop on Culture Diversity, Organization’s Development, Proposal Writing and Event Management was held here Thursday by ‘Khwendo Kor’ a social sector NGO.
The objectives of the workshop were to educate participants regarding key factors of proposal writing, importance of cultural diversity and organization’s development.
Speakers said that importance of proposal writing was increasing with every passing day adding donors consider proposals that fulfil technical and operational factors.
They informed participants that Khwendo Kor has constituted ‘Council of Cultural Harmony’ to develop action plan in coordination with KP Culture Directorate to address issues pertaining to cultural values besides holding cultural events.
The workshop was attended by Deputy Director Health Department Dr. Omer Amin, Project Manager Khwendo Kor Subhanullah, Consultant BEE Services Muhammad Ehsan Khan and representatives of civil societies, NGOs, faith based organizations, journalists and transgender community.
