ISLAMABAD: The matter related to transfer of 3 judges of Islamabad High Court (IHC) has been challenged in Supreme Court (SC). As per media report the petition has been filed by Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) through Hamid Khan. The petition said the process of transfer lacks transparency. No clear reasons have been provided in this regard. Federal government and Judicial Commission (JC) have been made respondents in the petition.
