Dr. Luay Shabaneh, Country Representative of United Nation Population Fund (UNFPA) called on Governor Punjab? Muhammad Balighur Rahman at Governor House Lahore here today. UNFPA Program and Technical Specialist Shoaib Ahmed Shahzad (SRH/FP) and Technical Specialist Gender/GBV, Tania Durrani were also present during the meeting. Governor Punjab Muhammad Balighur Rahman said that only educated and healthy mothers can lay the foundation of a better society. He said that an educated society, better heath care facilities and awareness can resolve the problem of over population.
