Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training Ms. Wajiha Qamar said that the first commemoration of Marka-e-Haq served as a powerful reminder of the courage, sacrifice and unwavering commitment demonstrated by the brave defenders and people of Pakistan.
Talking to Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) here Saturday, she said that Marka-e-Haq symbolized national dignity, unity and steadfast faith, adding that the sacrifices rendered for the honor and security of the homeland would continue to inspire future generations.
She stated that the nation paid tribute to its heroes whose bravery and determination upheld truth and justice in the face of challenges. She emphasized that Pakistan’s strength was lying in unity, patriotism and collective resolve for peace, progress and prosperity.
Ms. Wajiha Qamar reaffirmed the government’s commitment to promoting education, national harmony and inclusive development to build a stronger and more resilient Pakistan. She added that a peaceful, progressive and united nation was the true tribute to the sacrifices of the martyrs. She also prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and for lasting peace, stability, and prosperity in the country.
