JACOBABAD: A woman died due to negligence of doctors during delivery operation. Heirs on Saturday held protest demonstration against the lady doctor who operated the woman and demanded to arrest her. According to details, s-section of a woman identified as Nasreen Mastoi w/o Naseebullah was conducted by Dr Farheen Pathan some three months earlier at a private clinic in Jacobabad city. The operation was conducted successfully; however, the doctor mistakenly left a cloth inside the ovary of the patient. Despite passage of weeks, the woman continued to feel pain and when taken to another doctor was told about presence of cloth in her ovary. The woman was operated again to remove cloth for her over but did not recover and expired. INP
