KARACHI
A woman from Karachi has resorted to Sindh High Court (SHC) against not handing over possession of her flat after 20 years.
The petition against the builder came up for hearing in SHC constitutional bench.
The counsel argued flats have been constructed but possession of her flat is not being given to his client so far.
The court sought reply on it.
The petitioner Shahida Begum took the plea she had booked flat in Sadar area of Karachi in 2006.
The counsel for the petitioner told the court flats have been built but his client is not being given possession of her flat.
The counsel for builder took the plea we are ready to give possession but approval for building plan has not been accorded so far from cantonment board.
SHC sought reply from Cantonment Board Karachi.
