LARKANA: Prices of food items including flour could not be controlled in Jacobabad. A protest procession was taken out from the district office under the leadership of Haji Ghulam Nabi Rind, Shahnawaz Manjhu, Muhammad Ramzan Golo and others in Jacobabad against the hike in the prices of food items including flour by the Labor Citizens Union in Jacobabad. In which hundreds of laborers participated, the workers participating in the procession marched in the city carrying red flags and panaflex with pictures of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardari and Maulana Fazlur Rehman and raised slogans against inflation. After which they reached DC Chowk and blocked the road by burning tires. Bureau Report
