BUREWALA: A youth was seriously injured after his rival threw acid at him and fled the scene here on Monday, police said. The accused who were having personal grudge with youth Osama threw acid on his face in suburbs of Burewala city. The culprits fled the scene after committing the crime. The youth’s face was scorched and lost his eye sight owing to the attack. He was shifted to DHQ Hospital where he was referred to Multan due to his critical condition. The police after registering a case against the accused involved in the attack started raids for their arrest. INP
