KARACHI: As many as 18 police personnel have died of COVID-19 in Sindh province so far . A total of 3,240 cops have contracted coronavirus in the Sindh province and out of them 125 police personnel got infected with the virus during the last nine days. Out of these, 990 cops are undergoing treatment while 2,232 of the infected personnel have recovered. It is pertinent to mention here that the Sindh province has witnessed a sharp decline in coronavirus cases. The total count of the infected people in the province stands at 123,849. Majority of the patients have recovered, while 5,836 are currently under treatment. “Currently, 5836 patients are under treatment, of them 370 are in critical condition, and 45 on ventilators,” said the Sindh government.
