intelligence agency report
ISLAMABAD
The Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has been informed through a list worked out by civil intelligence agency that 28 Members of National Assembly (MNAs) from PTI can cast votes against him in no confidence motion because they are in contact with opposition.
The government sources said this secret report has been sent by a civil intelligence agency to PM Imran Khan containing name of these 28 MNAs who are likely to support opposition in vote of no trust.
In the report mention has been made about the contacts of these MNAs and their meetings with opposition in different functions. These all MNAs are from PTI and no MNA from allied party is included in them. Majority among these MNAs are those who had joined PTI prior to or after 2018 general election-2018. PM Imran Khan has entrusting the task to Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Pervez Khattak to pacify these estranged MNAs.
Now it has been decided these disgruntled MNAs will be made part of parliamentary delegations and sent to other countries to keep them from opposition. On the other side the activities and movement of these MNAs are being watched strictly so that their report could be transmitted to PM Imran Khan. However PM Imran Khan has made no contact with these estranged legislators.
