Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has declared 50% of polling stations as sensitive or highly sensitive across country.
According to EC sources, the total numbers of polling stations which have been declared as sensitive or insensitive are 4665. EC has declared 27628 polling stations as sensitive and 18437 polling stations as highly sensitive.
12580 polling stations have been declared as sensitive in Punjab while 640 as highly sensitive. 32324 polling stations have been declared as normal in Punjab.
6545 polling stations of Sindh have been declared as sensitive and 6524 as highly sensitive while 5937 polling stations of Sindh are normal.
Sources said that 6166 polling stations of Khyber Pakhtun Khwa (KPK) have been declared as sensitive and 4143 as highly sensitive while 5388 have been declared as Normal.
Out of 528 polling stations in Baluchistan, only 961 are normal while 2337 polling stations have been declared as sensitive and 1730 as highly sensitive. 90675 polling stations have been established across country.
