ISLAMABAD, July 12 (Online): Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid has said the desire for staging sit in is simmering in Maryam Nawaz, therefore, Maryam Nawaz and opposition should continue to make preparation for holding sit in.
“Mayam Nawaz and Bilawal both have started crying. These two think they are popular in Azad Kashmir. Imran Khan is still popular therein and PTI will form government in Azad Kashmir. Opposition is going to lose the election in AJK.
He declared that Rangers and FC will be deployed in Azad Kashmir. Army is however not being deployed in the polling stations. Army will too play its role in holding fair and free elections along with other institutions.
We all say that there should be no army during election. But if army does not stand outside the polling stations then those who are defeated in the polls, their agent will take away the vote boxes.
He went on to say Pakistan wants peace in the region. However India has always tried to harm Pakistan. Indians have been arrested who wanted to create chaos in the country. Pakistan army and institutions thwarted Indian conspiracies.
Action will be taken against holders of fake identity cards, he indicated. 39 people have been suspended in FIA Karachi, he added.
He pointed out no application has come from any one for removing his name from ECL. No application has been received from Shahbaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz for removing their names from ECL.
He stated cabinet will decide about the future of TLP.
