Foreign Office spokesperson has said documentary evidence of Indian state terrorism in Pakistan are there with us.

“Pakistan knows how to counter the terrorism. We have earlier defeated the terrorists and will defeat them in future as well. Azad Kashmir can never become part of India. India will have to abandon its illegal occupation of occupied Kashmir, this was said by Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch during weekly press briefing here Thursday.
She said that Prime Minister (PM) Shahbaz Sharif undertook an important visit of Qatar at the invitation of Amir Qatar. They agreed on beefing up mutual cooperation and trade.

Foreign Minister (FM) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is on an important visit of US, She indicated.
Bilawal Bhuto Zardari talked of atrocities in Palestine and Kashmir in UN. He also addressed a conference on women rights and role.

An important consultation was made between Pakistan and US on anti terrorism. Talks took place between Pakistan and US on anti-terrorism after 2016.

She said minister of state for foreign affairs Hina Rabbani Khar will undertake important visits of Bahrain and UK.

To a question on non visiting Afghanistan by foreign minister she said state minister for foreign affairs Hina Rabbani Khar has already visited Afghanistan. Defence minister Khawaja Asif has also visited Afghanistan along with a high level delegation. Foreign minister will visit Afghanistan too at opportune time.

Dr. Tobias Linder, Minister of State of Germany undertook a visit to Pakistan from 7-8 March 2023. This was his maiden visit to Pakistan. He held meetings with Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Hina Rabbani Khar, Minister for Climate Change Senator Sherry Rehman and Minister for Commerce, Syed Naveed Qamar. Discussionsfocused on strengthening the multifaceted bilateral cooperation in the areas of trade and investment, higher education and vocational training, migration and mobility, and climate change and renewable energy. We are encouraged with our constructive engagement with Germany and will continue to pursue dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation.

On 7thMarch, Pakistan participated in the meeting of the Special Representatives of the Countries Neighboring Afghanistan in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Pakistan was represented by our Head of Mission in Uzbekistan where our delegation reaffirmed Pakistan’s preference for regional approaches to the situation in Afghanistan. The deliberationswould set the stage for substantive outcomes during the Ministerial Meeting to be held next month in Tashkent.

The Secretary General of D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation, Ambassador Isiaka Abdulqadir Imam is on a weeklong visit (4-11 March 2023) to Pakistan to undertake consultations on D8 Cooperation with Pakistan. He will meet with Foreign Secretary of Pakistan and engage with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He has attended a Meeting of D-8 Network of Pioneers for Research and Innovation (NPRI) and inaugurated the D-8 Research Center for Agriculture and Food Security in Faisalabad.
