CHARSADDA: Chairman Dispute Resolution Council (DRC) Shabqaddar Haji Sikandar Hayat Khan Thursday appreciating role of the council said these forums were effectively providing relief to citizens. Talking in meeting to review performance of DRC, he said the DRCs which served as an organized forum of Pakhtun culture had proved their worth by successfully resolving local disputes and dispensed justice speedily to parties. He said these forums had relieved the overburdened judicial system and police stations, the officer added.
