LAHORE
Lahore High Court (LHC) has been moved for constitution of Judicial Commission (JC) to hold inquiry into videos and drugs scandal in Islamic University Bahawalpur (IUB).
The petition has been filed by one Mashkoor Hussain through Nadim Sarwar advocate making FIA, IG Police, care taker Chief Minister Punjab and others respondents. The petitioner has taken the plea in the petition Islamic University Bahawalpur is an educational institution wherein the scandal of obscene videos has surfaced. Chief security officer of the university was arrested in obscene videos scandal. It has been prayed in the petition that the matter is very sensitive, therefore, the court should order to constitute JC or tribunal to inquire into the matter.
The court itself should monitor the inquiry of this scandal.
