ISLAMABAD, January 26 (Online): Supreme Court (SC) has allowed PTI leader Tahir Sadiq to contest election.
He is the second leader of PTI whom relief has been given on Friday. PTI leader Sana Ullah Masti Khel from Bhakkar was allowed to contest election on Thursday.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah took up the case for hearing Friday.
Tahir Sadiq has filed nomination papers from NA-49 Attock.
Tahir Sadiq had resorted to SC against Lahore High Court (LHC) decision regarding rejection of his nomination papers.
