Pak-Afghan sharing border, Torkham will remain closed for pedestrians’ movement for three days due to shifting of immigration and other concerned offices; however vehicle traffic will continue, FIA Torkham informed.
The Federal Investigative Agency (FIA) official in Torkham said on Thursday that the border will be suspended for 17th, 18th and 19th of May, 2024 and no one including patients will be let to cross–in or out the border as the immigration process will be halted.
He maintained that all the immigration system is shifting to new offices therefore the inconvenience is inevitable.
The FIA asked the travelers to avoid traveling between Pakistan and Afghanistan via the Torkham border in the above mentioned three days.
