Provocative talks case
LAHORE
Sessions Court Lahore has approved interim bail of former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry in provocative talks case. Additional Sessions Judge Abdul Ghaffar issued a 2-page written order of interim bail. The court has approved interim bail of Fawad Chaudhry against surety bonds worth Rs50000. It has been written in court’s decision that traffic can become jammed in Lahore for some other reason. Traffic remains jammed in Lahore often. The allegation of jamming traffic against Fawad Chaudhry is not correct.
The court further said in its decision that the court has confirmed interim bail of Shah Mehmood Qureshi co-accused in this case.
It is pertinent to mention here Race course Police has registered case against Fawad Chaudhry for holding press conference and making provocative talk by blocking road.
