May 9 arson cases

JITs have completed investigation into May 9 arson cases. Fawad Chaudhry, Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan and others have been declared guilty in the investigation by JITs. Judge Arshid Javed of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) heard interim bail pleas in May 9 arson case. Fawad Chaudhry, Malik Karamat Khokhar and others appeared in the court Friday. Exemption from attendance plea was presented on behalf of Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan and other accused persons. The court accepted exemption plea of the accused for one day.
The court said the exemption plea for one day is being accepted for last time. The accused persons should appear on next hearing.
JITs completed investigation in siege and arson cases, All the accused including Fawad Chaudhry, Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan have been declared guilty.
It has been said in the report Wali Khan has not been found guilty in interim bails.
The court while summoning all the accused for final arguments extended interim bail till December 7.
