Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has accepted bail plea of PTI founder in 4 cases related to May 9 incident.
Bail pleas from PTI founder in four cases including torching PML-N office in Lahore came up for hearing in ATC Lahore Friday.
The court while rejecting the plea of PTI founder lawyers for giving more arguments said to counsel Suleman Safdar “ you have already given your arguments. Time will be wasted by giving the arguments repeatedly. Now there should be decision on bail pleas.
Prosecutor General Punjab said PTI Founder made the narrative if he is arrested then this all has to be done. The leadership attacked sensitive installations under the directives of PTI founder.
Prosecutor General requested the court that bail pleas of PTI founder be rejected.
Earlier the court reserved judgment on the petitions.
Later announcing the reserved judgment the court accepted bail plea of PTI founder in 4 cases related to May 9 incident.
Judge Arshid Javed announced reserved judgment. The bail plea was accepted in cases including torching PML-N office and containers.
