The conference, attended by senior health officials, including the Secretary Health, Special Secretary, DG Health, and District Health Officers (DHOs) from across the province, provided a platform to discuss the state of healthcare facilities, anti-polio initiatives, medicine supplies, and other operational matters.
Ihtesham Ali directed officials to meet district targets before the next conference and emphasized the recruitment of contract doctors to address staffing shortages.

Regular performance evaluations were encouraged to ensure accountability and improve service delivery.
Officials were tasked with ensuring the timely availability of medicines and addressing negligence by vendors.
He stressed the removal of obstacles and deficiencies in urgent health services to avoid inconvenience to the public.
