ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while stopping police from arresting PTI leader Ali Bokhari advocate during the hearing of petition seeking details of cases against him has sought reply from the respondents. Further hearing of the case will take place today (Friday). Earlier IHC has stopped from arresting Suleman Akram Raja in 18 different cases. Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the case Thursday. Riasat Ali Azad president high court bar appeared on behalf of Ali Bokhari advocate. IHC issued notice to interior ministry, police and other respondents for today (Friday). The court said how many cases are registered against Ali Bokhari. Interior ministry, police and other respondents should file report in this regard. The court while issuing notice to the respondents on the petition of Ali Bokhari has adjourned the hearing.
