Expenses of federation

IMF has demanded for forming monitoring cell on expenses of federation.
Demand has also been made for not releasing funds further till the complete utilization of funds released for any project.
According to sources technical team has sought record of every fund used for budget expenses.
This demand has been made for formation of public finance monitoring system.
According to sources this demand was made after the briefing was given by public finance team to technical team of IMF.
Demand from IMF for constitution of monitoring cell came due to suspicious utilization of budget.
In this regard IMF has expressed its reservations several time.
As per sources IMF has repeatedly asked for making public finance monitoring system effective.
Monitoring system has been declared compulsory for governance besides ensuring better use of budget. IMF has demanded for adopting effective model in this regard.
IMF has also demanded for setting up new system in connection with release of development funds. This system has been declared compulsory to activate monitoring system.
It has also been demanded that every irregularity which comes to fore due to monitoring be reported to IMF.
