PESHAWAR: Deputy Director (Polio) of the Gates Foundation, Michael Galloway, met with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah on Tuesday to discuss ongoing efforts to eradicate polio in the province. A statement issued here stated that during the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to intensifying vaccination campaigns and enhancing public cooperation to eliminate polio completely. Secretary Health KP, Coordinator Provincial EOC, and other officials were also present. Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah assured full cooperation and reiterated the government’s dedication to polio eradication, while both parties agreed to strengthen collaboration for this critical public health goal.
