Malik vows to root out ghost employees in PWD

Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for the population welfareMalik Liaquat Ali has pledged zero tolerance for ghost employees within the department. Speaking to the media, he emphasized that strict departmental action will be taken against those employees who are either absent or fail to perform their duties properly.
Liaquat Ali stressed the urgency of improving the department’s performance, saying that collaborative efforts from all sectors of society are essential to tackle the growing population. “People from all walks of life must work together to control the population,” he said.
The Special Assistant also highlighted his commitment to addressing the challenge of population control. He announced that district officers have been instructed to respect office hours, with disciplinary action planned against those who neglect their responsibilities. Officers have been directed to organize awareness campaigns and seminars in their districts to raise public consciousness on population control.
Liaquat Ali reiterated that the department will not tolerate ghost employees, vowing to identify and take action against anyone not fulfilling their duties with honesty.
